Not just your average work-out, Skyfit will challenge your body in a whole new way. Combining HIIT and functional training on a trampoline, you can burn twice the amount of calories in half the time. Get the results you want without even realising it!

* Attendance for assessment days are not compulsory, however, should you wish to be assessed, you must book in with your head trainer. Fitness assessments will be completed as a group, measurements will be taken by appointment only.
