How does payment work?
Booking your child's birthday party online requires that you pay for a confirmed number in full. No refunds are applicable.
How far in advance should I book my Sky Zone Party?
To ensure you get a time that suits you best we advise booking 6-8 weeks out. Our online booking system won't allow for bookings 3 days out from your desired date but that doesn't mean we don't have some space left so make sure to give us a call on 13 7599 to see what we can do for you.
Do we get a party host when we book a package?
Yes, our Sky Zone hosts will ensure to greet the party on arrival, brief the children before they enter the trampoline area, guide them to different areas of the park, and bring them to their allocated party room to serve food and beverages once their jump time is over. Please keep in mind that our hosts are not with the children for their full duration of jumping, but our Sky Guards are always on hand to supervise all our trampolines.
We can cater for most dietary requirements, please call our functions team on 13 7599 to let them know what they are.
Can we mix and match food items?
Yes you can, we offer three set items to pick from you, choose one - pizzas, chicken nuggets or sandwiches - you can then decide if you want fruit or chips with any of them.
How is the room decorated and how long do we have access to the party room/area?
We supply balloon, plates, cups, napkins, forks and candles, but you are welcome to bring along extra decorations if you wish. Please note: all decorations must be removed upon exiting the party room.
The party room/area is yours for 30 mins (45mins at Miranda) after activites are finished. Unfortunately, access before this time is unavailable due to other parties.
What are your safety rules?
To ensure the safety of all our Sky Zone guests, there is a court monitor supervising all areas of the park at all times. We have strict capacity levels that we adhere to on a daily basis and all guests are briefed on do’s & don’ts before their jump time begins. (Our T&Cs will all be included in your confirmation when booking, which must be signed)
How do you decipher my kids party from everyone else?
We allocate different coloured wristbands to every child's party so we know who is part of that group and when their jump time has ended.
What happens to the kids shoes when the socks go on?
All kids shoes are placed on a party trolley and then placed into the allocated party room.
Can I add extra guests?
If you would like to add additional children to the event you can call the functions team and see if there is suitable availability, however please be aware that once we have passed our capacity for that time period we cannot allow any extra guests. Space fills up very fast!
How old must you be to have a Party at Sky Zone?
We recommend 3 year olds as a minimum age, however, this is at the parent’s discretion. Laser Tag recommends an age of 6/7yrs (Laser Tag at Sky Zone MacGregor only). Minimum age for Sky Climb is 5 years old or for a minimum height of 110cm (Sky Climb at Sky Alexandria and Miranda only).
No external food is allowed within the venue due to agreements with suppliers & licensing restrictions. Party package bookings can bring along a birthday cake, but this does not apply to general jump sessions.
What is in your Sky Zone party bag?
Sky Zone frisbee, Sky Zone wrist band, a lollipop and 2x Yuppi lollies.

How do we get invites?
You have a few options when it comes to arranging your complimentary invites, you can simply click here and download them yourself, you can pop into the venue and pick some up, or you can call our functions team on 13 7599 and they can arrange to post some out to you.
What can adults do while the kids are jumping?
We have a cafe located on site where parents can enjoy hot & cold snacks. It is located in close proximity to our trampolines so parents can check in on their kids when needed.
Where do we and the other party parents go when we get there?
We have an allocated kid’s party check-in as soon as you walk in the entrance on the left hand side.
Where can we watch the children jump?
You are more than welcome to watch them in the surrounding platform areas around each trampoline area.
How Long do Sky Zone parties go for?
Sky Zone parties run for 1hr and 30 mins. This includes 1 hour jump time and 30 mins (45 mins at Miranda) in a private party room. We always ask parents to invite children 15 minutes before the start of the activity to guarantee all children an accurate start time. Adding Laser Tag to a party will extend it by 20 mins. (Laser Tag at Sky Zone MacGregor only)
Do we get the use of the Trampoline arena exclusively?
No, we do however ensure that our strict capacity levels are adhered to at all times.
What Food/beverages do you serve?
Soft drink (with pizza & chips option), juice or water (with sandwiches & fruit option), food/drink selection is made once you have selected your package. Want lolly bags, ice-creams or adult platters? Give our team a call on 13 7599 and we can sort that out for you.
What shoes can the children wear?
As all shoes need to be removed and Sky Zone socks worn, we have no requirements for footwear if you're just jumping. Skyland Laser Tag at Macgregor requires flat, closed in shoes to be worn in the arena. Sky Climb at Alexandria and Miranda requires flat, closed in shoes to be worn to climb. Enduro Course at Miranda requires flat closed in shoes to worn throughout the course.
What times can I book my child's birthday party?
Depending on availability, anytime from 10am until 6pm.
Where do we pick up children when the party is finished?
At the same place all children were dropped off - kids party check-in.
